Timeblocking - it's a HUGE idea. But time and time again I speak with agents who do not place this as a high importance in their business. WHY is that? This is YOUR business after all. If you do not your day, you're letting others control your time and direction in your business. Stop it. Take control of your days, weeks, months... if it's written down, let nothing interfere with your time. After all - who's business is this?
