Initially I wanted to purchase this property as a flip project but after several discussions with the seller, it was in her best interest to get as much $$ as possible rather than a fast close

She really enjoyed our conversations so when I brought up that I would love to help her get top $ - she immediately said let’s do it 🚀

The place needed work but we were able to find a perfect first time homebuyer that was looking to customize a home to their liking… and pay a lil extra off top to lock it up 😎

Appraisal came in 30k under 😅, roof needed work, and handling a home sale contingency on the side made this a fun one! Ended up negotiating something slight for my clients to make it happen 😎
