Why The Cooke Team? Born in Buffalo, NY, Betsy Cooke moved to Palm Beach County in 1977. Betsy specializes in the beach and island areas of Delray Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Manalapan, and Highland Beach. Betsy knows the pulse of our neighborhoods and will find the perfect fit for your lifestyle. Prior to her arrival in Delray, Betsy was a licensed realtor in New York State with GRI designations. So you can count on Betsy for her knowledge of schools, doctors, medical facilities from Jupiter-Tequesta to Boca Raton. Betsy earned her real estate license in Florida in 1992 and is a member of the Real Estate Association of the Palm Beaches and the Palm Beach Board of Realtors. As a graduate of Rollins College with his degree in International Business, Brad Cooke began his professional career in the insurance industry specializing in the Surety Bond markets. After 3 years in the industry, Brad made the decision to return to school and pursue his MBA which he earned from the Crummer Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Management & Marketing. Upon Graduation, Brad worked in commercial real estate focusing on land speculation and development before returning to his home of Gulf Stream, FL. Brad is a South Florida native with his family roots stemming from Western New York where his Grandfather owned and operated a successful real estate firm. Brad loves every aspect that the Florida lifestyle has to offer whether it is golfing, surfing, sailing or diving. Brad's goal is to find the best property for each and every client so they too can enjoy in the benefits of living like a local!
