This transaction touched me and It was such a pleasure assisting these clients and being apart of this story. Elyse Duff got a call on one of our listings from a family who was looking to have their parents move up from Miami to be closer to them in Delray Beach. Not only was the listing already under contract but over their price range as well. Elyse was persistent and showed it to them anyways. During the showing, the couple was drawn to Elyse and took a huge liking to her with immediate synergy. After one meeting they decided they were going to use our team to solidify their search. We began the search and within a few days had them under contract on a home they wanted to submit on but it turned out it wasn’t the right fit, inspection came back terrible, sellers wouldn’t negotiate at all. We then advised them to back out of the deal and to continue the search and within the next few days we ended up finding them a larger house, with a corner lot & walking distance to their children. We were also able to get them a price reduction of $35,500 which was a great accomplishment.This transaction was special to me because I have always wanted to beable to live down the street from my family and it’s a beautiful thing to see.
