From what I’ve seen, we’re getting everything from elevated dining to golf cart-friendly convenience right here in the neighborhood.

What moving to Florida has taught me 🌴

• That life doesn’t need to feel rushed to be successful
• That business can be built in flip-flops, between school drop-offs and sunset walks
• That community matters just as much as square footage
• That luxury isn’t just the home — it’s the lifestyle around it
• That kids are much happier and healthier when they’re outside all the time — riding bikes, swimming, playing — instead of glued to screens
• That fresh air, sunshine, and space changes everything.

Here, mornings start with light instead of alarms.
Afternoons blend work and life instead of fighting for balance.
Evenings feel slower… intentional… human.

Palm Beach County reminded me that where you live shapes how you live — and that choosing a home is really choosing a rhythm.

And I’m grateful every day that this is ours now 🤍
(But yes… New York will always have better bagels 🥯😉)
