I so enjoy being a Florida Realtor, to me the best part is getting to know my clients, forming relationships and helping to guide them into their dream home. It is such an amazing feeling to see the excitement, joy and smiles on my clients faces when they find the “this is it” house and again on closing day when that house becomes their home! But I must say that better yet is when your clients happen to be your daughter, son-in-law and grandson! To pour in all that care and heart into helping them achieve such a huge milestone, I must say, has been the best for me thus far!Congratulations to Ryan and Olivia I am so proud and happy for you both and my little Peanut (grandson)! Cannot wait to watch all the special moments you will share in your new home. God is good always and may He fill your home with much joy, peace, love and His Presence! 🏡🔑🎉

This Memorial Day may we remember the reason for the three day weekend and let’s be sure to teach and explain to our children and/or grandchildren why they have no school today!! Throughout the weekend as we gathered with our friends and loved ones for BBQ's and get togethers ... let’s also be mindful of those who have lost their friends and loved ones; their brave husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, grandsons, and granddaughters ... and lift up a prayer for Gods comfort to be with them! For me, as an American, I am solemnly thankful to all our fallen heroes who paid the ultimate price so my family and I can enjoy the blessings of freedom!! (John 15:13) 🇺🇸🙏🏻

As a Realtor the most important thing to me is helping to guide my clients to their dream home. In this case Ava has always been interested in “new construction” and I am so happy that today Ava & Peter signed a contract to do just that ... have their dream home built!!
