Okay but seriously… what’s the rental market currently like in Delray Beach? 👀

We pulled the actual MLS numbers. Right now there are 412 active 2-bedroom rentals in Delray Beach.

195 are all-ages communities and 217 are in 55+ communities.

All ages: $1,850–$15,000/month with a median around $2,400/month (which tells a much more realistic story)

55+: $1,300–$6,000/month with a median around $1,900 per month.

And here’s what’s interesting: while prices aren’t dropping back to pre-pandemic levels, the aggressive rent hikes we saw over the last few years have largely flattened. Supply has caught up, former remote workers have moved back north, giving South Florida renters more choices & a little more negotiating power.

Translation: Delray isn’t just luxury and impossible rent prices. If you’ve been wondering whether you can make the move… the timing may be good 🏡
