Excited about this one…. Good things come to those with patience. Six months ago, showings were a line out the door with sign in sheets. Buyers were having to give up inspections, and allowing sellers to stay in place post closing and rent free. That’s not sustainable. The market “shift” is (at least in SFL) a return to normalcy and effective compromise. In the long run, Clemens (Twain) said it best, “Buy land, they’re not making it anymore.”
