Minimum Bid is $45,000 plus 10% Buyer's Premium. Agents need to pre-register their buyer within 48 hours BEFORE auction in order to receive compensation from the seller.

Bidders need to bring $2,500 in cash or check in order to bid. Auctioneer holds on to it during the auction. Once auction has completed the funds are returned to the unsuccessful bidders. The successful bidder's is retained as a non-refundable earnest deposit. Closing is to be completed within 30 days. Possession granted at closing.
