I've been showing a lot of newer houses over the past few weeks and they all seem to have some variation of the same basic layout: open, rectangular floorplans with breakfast counters followed by dining table and family room. If you were able to have anything you wanted in a house right now and money was no object, what is the one feature you would insist on having that would make your house stand out from the rest?

Ok, so I might be a little obsessed with everything the library offers, but money is tight and it doesn't hurt to learn about all the things we get for free! The Deltona branch is one of the libraries that has a Seed Library! Just walk up and look through the drawers for seed packets you can plant at home. They have how-to books available. Take a look at that fireplace. This was built in 2020 and the layout is perfect. The lot is perfect, giving you a perfectly flat yard that is already fenced in. There is also a real laundry room complete with cabinets and countertops. Message me so we can get you inside for a closer look.
