SOLD — and this one has been a little more bittersweet 🤍 Today was closing day for my sweet Lady Luci.
Again, this wasn't just another house or another closing for me. This home represented a very meaningful chapter in her life, and being the one she trusted to walk beside her as she closed that chapter is something I'm incredibly grateful for 🫶🏼
Luci & her family have been part of our lives for many, many years. She's so much more than a client to me — she's family 🤍 So yes, this one hit a little differently. And this home certainly had a journey.
The market shifted during our listing season, and even more so being a predominately 2nd home market. We stayed focused, adjusted, marketed, negotiated, navigated a few twists and turns, and kept working until we got to today's closing table.
That wasn't exactly where we imagined it would be when we started — but that's only one piece of a successful sale. Luci still walked away very happy & most importantly, she's ready to start working toward whatever her next chapter looks like.
Sometimes that's what a successful closing really looks like.
Not necessarily how you pictured on day one — but having a plan, adjusting when the market tells you to, protecting what's important, and getting to the other side feeling good about the decision you made.
