Last Friday was a special day for these two 🔑🏡Closing Day x2

When we sold her condo & moved into his home on Cory Ln last year, they had a plan. The idea was simple: live there for a year, get married, & eventually find a home they could truly call their own together…

Over the last year, they did exactly that 🫶🏼

Got married, Built memories, and continued dreaming about what that next chapter would look like.

When the perfect home came along, they were ready. Their offer was accepted contingent upon getting Cory Ln listed & under contract quickly. We met there to prep, strategically launched the listing, received an offer almost immediately, and everything came together beautifully 🪄

Last Friday, they closed on the sale of Cory Ln and the purchase of their new home on the very same day 🤍🏡✨

One chapter closed.
Another began.

Thank you both for trusting me—not only with the sale of her condo last year, but again for this exciting milestone. Watching your plans come together has been such a joy and I’m honored to be a part of it!

🤍🏡 What an absolute joy to celebrate the closing of my dear friends’ New Construction home at Angel Oak Lane! I’m thrilled to get to welcome this beautiful family—three amazing daughters, two wonderful dogs, and so much love—as the very first owners of this gorgeous home (with 5 really great backyard trees)🌳😝in a growing community.
Watching the girls light up about the putting green, walking paths, pickleball courts, and playground has been pure magic 🥰 And as a bonus, they’re heading back to the school district that holds such special memories for both mom & dad.
Here’s to new beginnings, lifelong friendships, and watching this family grow right alongside their new community. Welcome home to Westwind, friends! 🤍✨
