People who start before the sun comes up. Who crawl through attics in the Texas heat, squeeze into crawlspaces, climb roofs, drive countless miles, and spend hours looking for the things a family needs to know before they call that house home.
Daniel is one of those people.
Most clients may only spend a few hours with him. Some may never meet him at all.
What they don't see are the early mornings, the long days, the training, the experience, and the amount of pride that goes into doing this job right.
I've had the opportunity to watch Daniel grow tremendously as an inspector. He's become someone our clients and Realtor partners can count on. He's thorough, dependable, and he understands something that matters deeply to me:

Every defect we find matters to someone. Every question we answer can ease someone's worry. Every inspection is an opportunity to help someone make one of the biggest decisions of their life with a little more confidence.
This year, Blue Brick was named Best of Texas 2026.
That recognition may have our company name on it, but a company doesn't earn something like that without good people behind it.
