Well, anyone who follows the market will have seen as of today the wait period to do a cash out refi on investment properties from Fannie Mae has just doubled from 6 months to 12 months, with only a few exceptions.

While this likely won’t affect most buyers, this will be a massive change to investors looking to grow a portfolio, especially small landlords starting out.
