Since his adolescence, Zachary has amassed extensive experience in the Real Estate industry, skillfully guiding investors, clients, and families in their search for ideal properties. His professional journey began at KAMY Real Property Trust, his parentsโ esteemed real estate firm based in Denton, TX. In 2020, Zachary became Trustee of the company, a position he continually operates in as of 2024,
overseeing the day-to-day operations. In this role, he has taken on diverse responsibilities, including comprehensive property managementโhandling tenant payments, maintenance, and occupancy matters. He also oversees legal operations, including filing deeds, preparing eviction documents, and representing the company in court proceedings. Beyond his work in real estate, Zachary is passionate about aviation, aspiring to obtain his Commercial Pilot's License. With over 60 hours of flight experience as a Student Pilot at Four Winds Aviation Flight School and certification through Sporty's Online Flight School for Private Pilot, he demonstrates a deep commitment to this pursuit. He also successfully passed his written test, marking significant progress toward his licensing goal. At just 19 years old, in July 2020, Zachary earned his Real Estate License after completing a focused program at Kaplan School of Real Estate. Reflecting on this achievement, he credits divine guidance, stating, "I wouldnโt call it luck, rather, the Holy Spirit guided me through each question." As a seasoned real estate professional with over two years of experience, Zachary has successfully listed more than 80 properties and facilitated the sale of over 20 properties in just one year, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to helping clients achieve their property goals. In January 2025, Zachary further expanded his expertise by earning his Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License, adding another key skill to his growing list of qualifications in real estate and finance. Additionally, Zachary has completed two years of undergraduate studies at both Dallas Baptist University and Texas Christian University, where he pursued a degree in Residential Property Management and Business Administration with a minor in Music. He currently balances his academic studies as a part-time student at the University of North Texas while continuing to excel in his professional career. Zachary also holds a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Texas Christian University and has worked alongside attorneys in both in-house and general counsel positions.
