Congratulations to my amazing buyers on the purchase of their first home!! I’m so beyond happy, proud, and impressed that these two decided to invest in themselves through real estate at such young ages.

We were able to close on their beautifully updated home for under list price and negotiate enough seller concessions to cover closing costs and then some!

Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but these two trusted the process, stayed patient, and absolutely crushed it from start to finish. Huge congratulations again on this exciting new chapter and officially becoming homeowners!

Celebration time for my amazing sellers! It was such an honor to be part of their journey as they said goodbye to their home of many years and stepped into their forever home. They were an absolute joy to work with and we shared so many great laughs along the way. I could not be happier for them and I wish them nothing but the very best as they move into this next chapter of their lives!

This sale was a true race against the clock and I could not be happier with how it ended. These past clients, who I’m happy to now call friends, needed to sell within a very tight timeframe and there were several moving pieces that had to fall into place for it all to work. The odds were stacked against us based on the average days on market in the area, but with the right strategy and the right buyer, we made it happen. Grateful for their trust and so proud of the outcome. On to the next chapter!

Since my team has experience with both, we were able to walk them through the pros and cons so they could make the best choice for their goals. With this home being in the perfect location and already set up beautifully for short-term stays, Airbnb won out—and I cannot wait to see the love and creativity these two put into making it unforgettable.
