I can't praise my new friends Kassidy and Kendall enough in this little paragraph, but I'd love to give my FB family a piece of my thoughts. Two amazing individuals who are genuinely nice, caring, and have INCREDIBLE perseverance! We met over a year ago (Pre-covid), and it was a roller coaster the entire ride. We submitted Dozens of offers and didn't get any accepted due to others' willingness to offer RIDICULOUS amounts over the asking price, not to mention not knowing what the future holds next because of Covid. Through it all, they just smiled and said, "back to the drawing board Dimitri ." Fast forward a year, and here we are at the finish line 💪🏁! They found the home that spoke to them and was aggressive enough to beat out nine other offers (they weren't going to let this one go).
I'm happy for you guys, and I look forward to hearing about the wedding that's coming up. Keep me posted. Cheers to the both of you🥂

In a service industry like real estate,

We notice all of the gratifications and see the end result of each process but often miss how much background effort reaches these types of accomplishments. 🍾🥳 New Year, New Goals To accomplish🍾🥳
There's no better way to bring the New Year in, like closing on your home you worked so hard to obtain 🏋️‍♂️🏡 . Side Note: This moment is actually a day late or so, due to their realtor thinking he had food poisoning or some other kind of poisoning 👀😬😅 ( So I do apologize).
These two young individuals are going places, and they're going there fast. Very kind and respectable people, but when it's time to get things done, they put the gloves on and get to work without saying, "Ready, Set, Go"! There were points during the process I thought to myself, "I don't have clients right now, I have two partners, and I'm just translating the contracts and bringing up important dates to meet. When I spoke with the other agent about my client's demands, I know the agent probably thought I took their words and put a realtor twist on them, but that was NOT the case (They have their own twist, I'm sorry I can't take the credit 😊). Whatever you guys obtain in this life going forward, I personally know it was worked hard for, and I'm happy for you. So, to that, I say Cheers to my friends🥂🏠👨‍👩‍👦‍👦!

🔊IT'S A PARTY🔊

I'm a bit late to the party, but I'd like to give a huge congratulations to my clients Uchenna and Yvonne Igwenagu (A.K.A Mrs. Yvonne 😁). From the very beginning, they knew exactly what they wanted and how they wanted it, from the color scheme of the brick and the trim all the way to where they'd like the home positioned on the lot🤯. There was a brief moment where they were almost talked out of doing what they wanted to do, but in the end, they went with their gut, and this is the finished product. In my personal opinion, this was the best decision, and it's by far the best-looking home in the neighborhood, so cheers to you both. I can't wait to get that invitation in the mail to the first barbeque. Thank you both for trusting me with this important process! 🥂🏡

Congratulations to my bro Chinedu and his beautiful family on the purchase of their home. Both are two great individuals that are truly kind, hard-working, and very intelligent (Really solid good human beings, if only the world had more individuals like them... but we're getting there😉🌍).
Fun Fact; Chinedu is one of my best friends' brother, and since we were young, I've always remembered hearing about how fast and athletic he was in track (Never from his actual brother but from strangers, so you know it had some truth to it). No matter how old I get, I still feel like a kid when re-living and talking about hometown legends and idols 😅.
