This week I had the privilege of closing on two properties: one I represented the seller and one I represented the buyers.
The seller contacted me back in late April, she had seen a longtime friend and repeat client post about his positive experiences working with me. She asked to interview me to sell her house she’d lived in the past 10 years. We met, I walked her through the process, then a week later she reached out stating she wanted to hire me. She did all of the things I recommended to get her house ready to go on the market. And it sold in half of the time that is the average in her neighborhood- to an all-cash buyer with a wuick close. She was very happy with the whole process.
The buyers I assisted are longtime friends and repeat clients. I sold their home a few weeks ago and today we closed on a home that will be the next great phase in their life: acreage with horses, chickens, goats, etc.
I’m always so grateful for the repeated trust of clients (friends) who return to me and who refer to me! You all are the heartbeat of my business!
