The office will be closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for the holidays.
We will reopen Tuesday at 8:30am.
For EMERGENCY maintenance (as listed below) call the answering service at 940-898-0133.
(email, text, and Facebook will not be checked while closed.)
When reporting an emergency:
○ Dial (940) 898-0133
○ Leave your name, phone number, and the reason for your call.
○ Please do not leave your home after placing a maintenance emergency call.
○ Please be considerate when making a decision regarding an emergency. Our maintenance personnel have families and need to spend time with them.
The following is a partial list of acceptable emergency problems:
○ Air conditioner not working when temperature is 85 degrees F. or above
○ The air conditioner can only cool your apartment to 25 less than the current outside temperature
○ The maintenance workers will not be able to do any outside repairs to an a/c unit when it is dark or raining
○ Heater is not working when the temperature outside is 50 degrees or below
○ Entry lock/key not working
○ No hot water
○ Extreme plumbing problems, that may cause flood damage to the apartment
○ Stopped up toilet, if your apartment has only one bathroom
IF NO ELECTRICITY, CONTACT THE CITY OF DENTON AT (940) 349-7000.
The following is a partial list of NON-emergency problems that will need to WAIT for normal business hours:
· Garbage disposal not working
· Dishwasher not working
· Kitchen or bathroom sink stopped up
· Stove not operating properly or not working
· Toilet stopped up if apartment has more than one bathroom
· Minor leaks that might be caused by condensation, etc.
· Roof is leaking
· Please, place a bucket under the leak to catch the water and move all valuables
· Our maintenance will not be able to do any repairs while the roof is wet
