Thank you for taking an interest in Loma Del Rey, we have recently updated everything within the apartments and are currently working on the outside as well. Our prices range from $700 - $950 depending out the size of your future home!
All of our apartments have been renovated with new vinyl floors and new carpet, installed new light fixtures and appliances and also resurfaced both the kitchen and bathrooms.
1 bed 1 bath is going for $700 and it’s a 700 SF unit, same renovations. Deposit is $100, $40 app and $50 admin!
2 bed 1 1/5 baths is going for $770 and it’s a 900 SF unit, same renovations. $200 deposit, $40 app and $50 admin!
3 bed 2 bath is going for $950 and that is a 1100 SF apt, with the same renovatios. $300 deposit, $40 app and $50 admin.

Criteria
- The application fee is $40 dollars for every applicant 18 and older
- We do an employment verification just to make sure trhat the whole house hold does make more than 2.5 times the rent, and that you have been working there for at lest 6 months.
- We also check your credit just to make sure that you do not have any broken leases or owe any money to a land lord and this goes hand in hand with your rental verification that we send out to the most recent home you have been living.
- We also check your criminal background just to make sure that you do not have any felonies ( NO TIME LIMIT) or any misdemeanors (NO TIME LIMIT) which are drug related, weapons, s*x offender, or assault.
