The most common objection I get to buying lately is “I want to wait until the market cools down and becomes less expensive”.
Unfortunately, most experts agree that a significant cool down is not likely in this highly desirable market. The best time to buy was 5 years ago and the second best time is today!
Real Estate remains one of the best investments you can make in terms of the return you can expect. In the last 12 months appreciation rates have averaged just under 20% statewide. There is no other investment avenue that yields this kind of return. I know Colorado has become a very competitive market, but it’s also one of the best markets to invest in for the same reasons that make it so hot.

1️⃣ It costs you, the buyer, zero dollars. The seller pays BOTH the buyers agents commission, and the sellers agents commission.

1,000 plus homes were completely destroyed and thousands of people were displaced from the damage of the Marshall Fire last week. My heart goes out to everyone grappling with the loss of their home, personal belongings, pets and even loved ones. Congrats to my clients who closed on their very first home yesterday! 🎉🏠
Michael & Gina were newly engaged when we met and we’re searching for a cozy, bungalow with character and a yard for their dog. They we’re super patient and understanding after navigating a few disappointing moments along the way. It all worked out in the end though, because they get to call this cute artistic cottage in the Whittier Neighborhood “home” and now have roots to begin their marriage.
