🏡 Sold before the Holidays! 🎄

📍 I met Alli at an open house back in 2022. She was living in Arvada and her then boyfriend(now husband!) was stationed in NY. They remained long distance while crossing their fingers he would get stationed in CO next.

Once they learned CO would not be his next stop, she reached out to let me know it was time to sell her condo. Between school, a wedding, and moving across country - there was A LOT happening all at once. So, we carefully planned the weeks ahead to work around her busy life and both worked diligently to get it on the market as quickly as we could.

I wish I could say it was smooth sailing once we listed, but if you’ve followed the market at all this year, you know the condo market cooled significantly. I set the best expectations I could, watched the data closely while we were live, and advised accordingly. After a couple of misses, the buyer we needed came along!

✨ Patience and lots of trust were needed in this transaction, and I’m so grateful Alli gave me both! So happy for her and this new chapter she’s now able to dive right into.
