Having learned how to build a home from the ground up with a new home builder, and getting her Build Green Certification, she segued into resale in the Denver metro area. This expanded her range, knowledge and expertise, enabling her to help buyers and sellers, builders and developers of Denver’s great homes. Terri received her Colorado real estate license in 2005 and worked with a few firms before landing at the perfect space with Invalesco Real Estate!! This is a newer dynamic company with a strong emphasis on building relationships and collaboration using cutting edge marketing techniques. Terri loves working there where she’s continuing to grow her real Eatate residential client base as well as working with local builders and developers. With a strong interest in sustainable living, Terri received her Eco Broker designation in 2007. A proud member of this environmental organization, (and a few other “green” groups around town), she is kept up to date on the latest sustainable products and trends in real estate. Terri’s expertise includes excellent negotiation skills, strong knowledge of current market trends and neighborhood statistics. She’s a valued real estate consultant who listens to her clients’ needs and desires. Terri helps sellers, buyers, developers and investors. With a deep appreciation for architecture and craftsmanship, Terri stays involved with the Denver Historic Society, Denver’s Old House Society, the Baker Historic Neighborhood Association (where she lives), she loves helping her clients buy and sell all the wonderful, varied styles found in metro Denver; Bungalows, Denver Squares, Victorians, Mid-Century Moderns, Queen Anne, Contemporary, “Green” Builds…
She is a native of Delaware and moved to Colorado in 1996. She enjoys the outdoors and the Rocky Mountains. Terri is an avid hiker, snowboarder, biker, yogi and singer.
