🏡 INVESTORS WANTED: Help Us Continue To Build Affordable Housing in Lincoln & Catawba Counties.

Most people know Next Horizon Homes for our custom homes and large-scale renovations throughout the Lake Norman area. What many don't know is that we're equally passionate about creating quality, affordable housing opportunities in our local communities.

In addition to our custom home and renovation projects, we actively acquire and develop scattered and infill lots throughout Lincoln and Catawba Counties, building homes that help meet the growing need for affordable housing in our area.

To help fund these projects, we partner with private investors who are looking for a fixed-rate return backed by local residential development.

This work is about more than building houses. It's about improving neighborhoods, putting underutilized lots back into productive use, and creating homeownership opportunities for local families.

A view like this deserves something special.

We're currently in the middle of a custom lakefront addition that is transforming how this family will enjoy their home for years to come.

This vaulted outdoor living space features a tongue-and-groove ceiling, exposed beams, and panoramic views of Lake Norman. Once completed, it will become an extension of the home's interior living space and the perfect spot for morning coffee, family gatherings, football Saturdays, and sunset evenings by the water.

One of the things we love most about renovation and addition projects is helping homeowners reimagine what's possible without moving. Sometimes the best house is the one you're already living in, it just needs the right vision.

There’s something about a fireplace wall transformation that completely changes the feel of a home. 🔥

For this project, we framed out a brand-new feature wall, installed custom stonework, added a modern fireplace insert, and wired everything for a large-screen TV to create a clean, built-in entertainment space.

The goal was to make this room feel warmer, more modern, and much more functional for everyday living and entertaining.
