Aww what a journey this has been! 🏡 These fun girls went under contract and terminated over inspection. They took a little break and found the perfect house after with amazing help from Rebecca Rich Realtor with START Real Estate, who is one of the friendliest and most patient realtors I am lucky to work with. We got seller concessions to get a great rate and down payment assistance to cover the closing costs. In the midst of things, they both changed jobs, which was amazing news for them and nerve racking news for me as a lender. 😂 At the end of the day, it all worked out, and they are now the happiest and proudest first time homebuyers. Seeing their joy, and how excited they are to let their dogs out in the new yard makes all the stress go away and brings such meaning into my work. Special shout out to Amy Bowen, who is the absolute rockstar of down payment assistance.
