These past couple of weeks have been a powerful reminder of just how much real estate can teach you. Every transaction brings its own challenges, and every day is an opportunity to grow.

The first transaction was with first-time home buyers who were also expecting their first baby. From the start, we knew timing would be tight with their due date but it turned into a moment I’ll never forget. Let’s just say… this was my first closing from a hospital. Yes, my clients went into labor and couldn’t make it to the title company, so we brought the closing to them.
They utilized down payment assistance, and the sellers covered their closing costs meaning they only came out of pocket for inspection and appraisal. Being part of such a life-changing moment welcoming their first child while securing their first home was truly a blessing. I also was able to hold baby Tallulah while they signed their papers!! ❤️

The second transaction was just as meaningful, involving friends of mine who purchased a beautiful condo in Denver. We encountered some HOA challenges along the way, but having as their lender made all the difference. She went above and beyond, putting in the extra time and effort to ensure everything was resolved and that we closed on time.

Not only did they get the exact condo they had their hearts set on, but they’re also getting married this year such an exciting new chapter!

I also had a third transaction happening alongside these. While it didn’t come together, it brought valuable lessons that will make me a stronger, better agent moving forward. Growth comes from every experience, and I’m grateful for all of it.

🚨 Closed!

After sitting on the market for 60+ days with another agent, my sellers gave me the chance to step in. One week of staging + repairs later, we were under contract in just TWO weeks! ✨

This was hands-down my most challenging transaction yet, but every deal is a lesson and this one reminded me how important it is to fight for and protect our sellers every step of the way.

Just Sold! 🏡

Exciting news! Another successful sale in the books. Realistic pricing strategies truly make a difference in today’s market. Our listing attracted significant interest and went under contract in just 27 days. Huge thanks to my sellers for trusting my expertise on pricing. Working with them was a breeze! 😊

A Note to Buyer’s Agents:
Communication is key in real estate transactions. As a buyer’s agent, responsiveness and collaboration are vital. Unfortunately, I encountered a challenging situation where communication fell short. Despite inspection requests without necessary documentation during the buyers due diligence period we navigated the process and ensured my sellers’ interests were well represented. My Sellers left happy with a more net in their pocket!

I am seeing a pattern with agents lacking attention to detail. I do not cut corners and I pay attention to every detail whether I am representing a buyer or seller. If you are interested in either buying or selling I would be more than happy to have a discussion and offer my expertise!
