I've had really interesting conversations with 2 other residents at high line pointe. Both live in the 2nd building, have had issues with crime and theft. Both are terrified of posting reviews because of retribution. They have agreed to allow me to include their information in my complaint to the FTC and State Attorneys. Will be interesting to see if that peaks the FTC's interest. Hoping so.

If you are a resident here and have issues but are afraid to say so publicly, feel free to send me a message, post images or tell yoru story (audio) and I'll keep you anonymous. High Line Pointe and Delwest are in deep, deep 541T.


They have agreed to include reviews once they move out, some moving in the next 3 months.

If management thinks their Google & Yelp reviews are getting better, i have one thing to say, bros:

I wonder if this applies to leases. Should I send a copy of the C&D and Lease over to the FTC and state's attorney and find out?

I also wonder if state attorney general or FTC action against a certain company would be enough to get rid of the person that caused this drama?
