đĄđ BUYERS & SELLERS: WHAT IF THERE WAS A WAY TO MAKE A HOME MORE AFFORDABLE WITHOUT LOWERING THE PRICE?
Did you know there are mortgage programs that can temporarily lower a buyer's interest rate and monthly payment?
Here's one worth asking about! đđž
A lender recently shared a program called Rate Break, which offers eligible homebuyers a 0.50 percentage point interest rate reduction for the first 12 monthly payments, with the lender covering the cost of that initial reduction.
đ BUYERS, imagine having a little extra breathing room during your first year of homeownership!
That could mean more flexibility in your budget as you settle into your new home.
đ SELLERS, here's something to consider!
Instead of automatically reducing your asking price, you may be able to offer a financing incentive that helps make your home more attractive to potential buyers.
Some programs even allow sellers to contribute toward additional temporary interest rate reductions.
⨠HERE'S MY ADVICE: ASK QUESTIONS AND EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS!
Not every lender offers the same programs, and not every buyer will qualify. Ask your current lender whether they offer Rate Break or a comparable temporary interest rate buydown program.
Remember, these reductions are temporary. With Rate Break, the original interest rate and payment terms resume after the first 12 payments, and buyers must qualify at the full interest rate.
đĄ Whether you're buying your first home, moving up, downsizing, or preparing to sell, there may be financing strategies you haven't considered.
