Does the Lakewood real estate market have you going crazy? Here's what's actually happening here...

Most buyers are taking their time with decisions. This isn't 2020, so buyers have time to sleep on their decision and make the best informed choice possible. Because interest rates are higher, buyers are slower to pull the trigger.

As for sellers, it's a bipolar market. Some homes I'm seeing go under contract within days with multiple offers, and the next-door neighbor has had their home listed all summer long. It's a mixed market!

Here's my professional opinion: make sure you're working with a Realtor who has a track record of bringing deals to the finish line. Hopefully that's me!
