The average closed price rose 4.2% from February and 0.9% year-over-year, reflecting continued strength in home values. Homes moved more efficiently, averaging just 45 days on market — a 22.4% decrease from last month — signaling increased buyer activity and engagement.
Closed sales increased 27.2% month-over-month, reinforcing the market’s seasonal acceleration. Overall, Denver’s market is gaining momentum as spring unfolds, with improving pace and steady pricing creating meaningful opportunities.
