I joined this mastermind knowing I was the small fish, but wanted to be surrounded by agents, lenders and entrepreneurs doing way bigger things than me. Bigger teams, bigger numbers, bigger vision. That voice in my head kept asking, “What are you doing here?”
I showed up anyway. Here’s what I took home 👇
1️⃣ People will support you if you just ask. Neel helped me with some specific unlocks for my business and the group helped me achieve an Instagram milestone this weekend. 🤩
2️⃣ Being in a room full of people taking strategic action raises your own standard.
3️⃣ Having fun with the people you work alongside builds a different kind of bond.
4️⃣ No business goal is worth it if your relationships fall apart along the way.
5️⃣ The relationships formed around the table might matter more than anything said on stage.
Imposter syndrome never fully went away. But I’ve realized that feeling out of place usually means you’re in the right room.
If you’ve ever felt like the least qualified person in the room, keep showing up. That’s where the growth is.

Sellers, that pool that you put six figure into? Some buyers see it as a bonus, most see maintenance, insurance and liability. This is particularly acute in Colorado where the pool season is so abbreviated.

I am convinced that the hardest step is the first one. Getting started requires facing our fears, laying down perfection, and doing something you’ve never done before. Over time, the results come and quality improves, but first, we just have to get out of our heads.

Negotiations over furniture can ruin a home sale if done at the wrong time. I’ve seen it happen multiple times where the buyer and seller get bent out of shape about personal property when what we need to focus on is the house sale first!
