What’s one affirmation you’re working on believing?

I can't even lie, sometimes my reflection feels more like a checklist than a celebration—things to fix, a different way I should do my hair, goals to reach, ways I'm not ‘there’ yet. Some days, I still catch myself slipping into that mindset. But, I’m learning to rewrite the script.

These little notes? They’re not just reminders; they’re tiny acts of self-kindness. Some days they feel true, and other days they feel like a stretch—but that’s okay. Growth isn’t instant. Self-love isn’t a switch. It’s a process, a practice, a work in progress.

So today, I’m choosing to believe the words I write to myself, even when they feel just out of reach.
