May check in ✨🌷

April was an incredible month in so many ways! Real estate has definitely been keeping me busy lately with clients closing on their homes, first time buyers officially becoming homeowners, another client going under contract on a new build in Johnstown, and my newest land listing in Tabernash officially hitting the market.

And somehow we’re already heading into May! The Avs advanced to Round 2 and are taking on the MN Wild, Denver finally feels alive again with spring events, and the market is definitely picking up heading into summer.

There is SO much happening in Colorado this May. I tried to keep it small, but there was no way I could leave some of these out!

Fashion Week in RiNo, rubber ducks racing, a rodeo that’s been running since 1872, Cinco de Mayo at Civic Center, the Colfax Marathon, Mountainfilm in Telluride, Yoga at Red Rocks, and an Old West showdown over Memorial Day weekend. That’s just the warm-up.

The Red Rocks lineup this month is unreal. David Guetta’s debut, Santana, Alabama Shakes, Kali Uchis, plus Morgan Wallen performing with Vincent Mason, Brooks & Dunn (Fri night) & Ella Langley (Sat night) at Mile High and the Colorado Symphony performing Star Wars live.

And the sports calendar?! Rockies homestands all month, Nuggets and Avs playoff energy taking over the city, and Denver Summit FC hosting the reigning NWSL champs.

Colorado really shows off in May.

This client will forever hold a special place in my heart.

We had the privilege of meeting last summer and felt an amazing connection right away. We grabbed coffee, got to know each other, and talked through her goals for selling her home, her reasons for moving, and everything she was looking for in her next chapter.

We spent time exploring different communities and new builds together, and ultimately found an incredible opportunity: a new build about to break ground that checked every single box she had. We then listed her current home and within less than two weeks, received a great offer with the flexibility to close right when her new home would be ready!
