Denver housing market update for September: homes are taking longer to sell, but prices aren't dropping. Here's what that means if you're buying or selling a home in Denver 👇

What stood out in the August Denver real estate numbers:

1. Homes took a median of 27 days to sell. Buyers have more time to think, compare and negotiate.

2. The median home price was $594,495, basically the same as last year. A slower market doesn't mean home values are falling.

3. Condo and townhome inventory is up almost 10% from last year. More options for buyers, and more reason for sellers to have a solid pricing plan.

4. Some Denver homes are still getting multiple offers while others sit. Your neighborhood, price point and home type matter more than the headlines.
