New here? Or maybe we’ve known each other for years but you’ve never officially “interviewed” me? 😉

Hi. I’m Stephanie — and this is my not-so-traditional resume.

✔ More than 25 years in the real estate industry
✔ Denver Realtor & Broker/Co-Owner at RE/MAX Cherry Creek
✔ West Highland local since 2007
✔ Serving clients across the Denver metro area - from city to the suburbs + foothills
✔ Experienced through every type of market — from the Great Recession to the pandemic frenzy to today’s high-interest-rate climate
✔ Lover of Denver neighborhoods, historic homes, and all the little details that make a house feel like home

But here’s the part that matters just as much

I’m married to Rick, mom to Maggie, dog mom to Ollie & Daisy, caretaker to Lemon the crested gecko, chicken herder to Blanche, Rose, Dorothy, Cookie & TBD, volunteer at Foothills Animal Shelter, historic-home enthusiast and member of the West Highland Neighborhood Association Design & Preservation Committee, and a gardener with an ever-growing bouquet of tulips, dahlias, sunflowers, peonies, vegetables, and herbs.

I also love being outdoors — whether that’s camping in the mountains with my family during the summer months or somewhere on a warm sandy beach in the winter searching for seashells with Maggie.

I love to bake (our flock of chickens definitely comes in handy for that), and Maggie and I have been baking together since she was barely tall enough to reach the countertop. I also love to travel and explore new cultures and new “worlds” — both with my husband and with our entire family.

My clients would probably describe me as knowledgeable, honest, persistent, a strong communicator, and a steadfast advocate for their goals. What I hope they also feel is supported, informed, genuinely cared for, and like they have a steady constant guiding them through what can sometimes feel like a real estate roller coaster ride.

Whether you’re buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, selling a longtime family property, investing, relocating, or simply starting to think about what’s next — I’d be honored to help guide the process.

Thanks for being here and supporting my business. đŸ€

The Denver housing market may not be racing ahead in 2026, but it’s proving remarkably steady. More homes are available for buyers to consider, sellers are finding success with realistic pricing and preparation, and transactions continue to happen every day. While mortgage rates remain the biggest hurdle for many households, May’s market data paints a picture of a market that’s adjusting (not retreating) and creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers willing to adapt.

I'm here as a resource if you need guidance.

Alamo Placita might be one of Denver’s most underrated historic neighborhoods. 🌳🏡

Tucked between Speer Boulevard, Capitol Hill, Country Club, and the 7th Avenue Historic District, Alamo Placita is filled with beautiful historic architecture dating back to the early 1900s as Denver expanded beyond its original city limits. The neighborhood features an eclectic mix of Queen Anne, Classic Cottage, Denver Square, Dutch Colonial Revival, Mission Revival, and Bungalow-style homes, along with a handful of early 20th-century commercial buildings along 6th Avenue.

What makes the neighborhood especially unique is its rich immigrant history. Alamo Placita became home to many working and middle-class families, including large Swedish and later Greek communities, with many homes built by skilled local craftsmen whose work still defines the neighborhood’s character today.

And one of the most unexpected chapters of the neighborhood’s history? Before Alamo Placita Park became the peaceful garden-filled park we know today, the site was home to Arlington Park and later Chutes Park — a Victorian-era amusement park featuring theatrical productions, water rides, and even the famously bizarre “diving elk” attraction. Yes
Denver once had diving elk. 🩌💩

Today, Alamo Placita Park, designed by legendary landscape architect S.R. DeBoer, is known for its beautiful sunken gardens, mature trees, and quiet neighborhood feel.

In 2000, Alamo Placita officially became one of Denver’s designated historic districts, helping preserve the architectural charm and unique history that continue to make the neighborhood so special today.

Historic homes, walkable streets, and one of Denver’s most fascinating backstories — Alamo Placita is one of those neighborhoods that keeps getting better the more you learn about it.
