Chantel has been a real estate professional since 2017 She specializes in investment properties, first time home buyers, vacation homes, and families that have outgrown their current homes. The majority of her business is selling homes. Whether buying or selling, she works hard to negotiate the best deal possible for the benefit of her clients; therefore, a high percent of her clients are referral
s and repeat customers. Chantel is a Realtor, and a member of Denver Metro DMAR, as well as a member of the National Association Hispanic Real Estate Professionals aka NAHREP. Her clients benefit from her 20 plus years of selling property and casualty insurance. Insurance background is extremely helpful in Real Estate when dealing with values, inspections, claims, and hazard insurance. Being bilingual in Spanish/English allows her to better serve her Spanish speaking clients. Chantel enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering time to local charity events, feeding the homeless and fundraising for families in need. Chantel strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment, and brings a little fun into every real estate transaction. She was raised on the Western Slope, but has roots from Glenwood Springs and North Denver aka The Highlands where she went to Valdez Elementary. She is a person of faith and loves cooking in her free time. Whether it is canning salsa, making tamales, or catering her family events, it is her passion. Chantel also enjoys spending time with her daughter Desiree, son Dominic, and step daughter Vannesa. In her free time she also enjoys dancing, singing karaoke, camping, boating, traveling, and cheering on her favorite team “ The Denver Broncos”.
