Wow! The Pritikin enter at Trump Doral. This place truly teaches the benefits of heart healthy habits. No salt, oils, or sugar. It has been a crazy transition; but one that I think will be life changing. Thanks so much to my wonderful wife Lindsey for dragging me here.
