Denver’s spring real estate market numbers just came out.

Home values maintained their historical yearly increase, sellers backed off a bit (likely due to the concession boom), and buyers continued to be highly selective and unhurried.

My husband and I treated ourselves to an unforgettable evening that was nothing short of extraordinary. We began the night at Sushi by SYC, where we indulged in a beautifully curated 15-course omakase experience that completely exceeded our expectations. Every bite was a work of art, and the expertly paired sake tasting elevated the experience to another level. 🍣🍶✨

Just when we thought the evening couldn’t get any better, we continued the night enjoying live music by , the perfect complement to an already amazing date night. 🎶❤️

Exceptional food, incredible music, and quality time with my favorite person—these are the moments that make life so special.

Last night was a whole vibe. 🇯🇲🎶🔥

We headed to Cervantes and were treated to an incredible night of live reggae. Jesse Royal set the tone with an amazing opening performance, and Burning Spear absolutely brought the house down.

For a Thursday night, it felt like Friday arrived early with a bang! The music was powerful, the energy was unmatched, and the crowd embodied everything I love about the reggae community—loving, accepting, and easygoing. 🇯🇲❤️🖤💚

If you ever get the chance to experience live reggae music, do it. You won’t regret it.

A huge thank you to and for the invitation and for sharing such a memorable evening with us. ✨
