🏡 I have been getting back into the swing of things just in time for my major summer renovation push to get several properties on the market this summer.
🏘 As we head into summer, I want to reflect on the past 2 months or so of activity. Although I have been quiet on social media, I have been busy out in the communities I serve, which includes most of the Front Range, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.
🙏🏻 I am grateful to all of my clients who choose and trust me to guide them through this everchanging and challenging market we are navigating. A special thanks to my seller and tenant buyer who worked with me while I was in the midst of a family emergency. Empathy goes a long way and builds even stronger working relationships. The best part is they both walked away very happy. It can be hard to transaction broker between a buyer and seller, but they were both dream clients.
