Is what it's all about. Congratulations is in order for my buyers, Elliot and Rachael on the purchase of their first home in Denver, CO 📍

This transaction reminded me exactly why I love what I do. It was straightforward, mutually beneficial, and handled with so much grace. The listing agent and I both prioritized our clients’ needs, desires, and non-negotiables every step of the way.

What made it even more special? Watching the sellers and buyers become friends throughout the process. Pat and Val, the original owners, took such care in helping Elliot and Rachael understand all the little quirks and inner workings of the home. From sharing knowledge to bringing zucchini bread to the walkthrough—there was just so much warmth and joy in every moment. Ending it all with a dual closing, with both parties present, made it even more meaningful.

Some may think I handle it all pretty well—being a mom of four and a full-time RealtorⓇ. But more often than not, these two roles merge and overlap in real life on a daily basis.

You’ll often see my kiddos with me during inspections, and you may even hear them in the background if you call anytime after 4 p.m.
But on the flip side, you’ll also find them right beside me when we give back each year—helping at the food bank, during our annual Coat Drive, and even tagging along to help me hit each house when I need door hangers delivered.

Congratulations to my sweet friends and clients, Juan and Melissa!
They closed on their very first home, and I could not be more proud.
