Hail has been a real PITA this month 👿🤯🤬!! You guys, if you’ve had hail this month, do not wait to have someone look at your roof. Estimates are free!

I just have to share what an amazing company Sky Manor Roofing has been to work with. I am not getting paid for this, nor do I get any benefit, I just know how hard it can be to find amazing vendors you know you can trust! I’ve referred many clients to them and have had a 100% satisfaction rate, but this week especially, they blew me away again! My seller was having a leak due to some hail damage to their skylight (while being out of state) and not only did Sky Manor Roofing already finish the work so we can close on time, the communication is unmatched.

If you’ve had any hail at your house, don’t wait to get an estimate because there are time limits with insurance companies and estimates are free! Reach out if you’d like an introduction

🚨 Selling your home in 2023?? The right pricing strategy matters!

Don’t get caught up in the pricing pitfall 🤯 It’s no secret price is the #1 reason homes don’t sell or generate the BEST offers. In this market your listing could sell very quickly or it could sit for months… and your best best to driving in buyers is finding the sweet spot that’s going to attract the biggest buyer pool is your ticket to success. The caveat is, you need an agent you trust and who actually knows how to put together a pricing strategy!

📧 Reach out to me directly if you want to know the value of your home right now in today’s market.
