After serving in the United States Air Force, Pete received dual Bachelor of Science degrees with a major in Real Estate and a major in Marketing from Colorado State University College of Business. Pete took a leadership role early in his career by creating a Commercial Property Broker Price Opinion software which is currently being used nationally by large Financial Institutions, in order to evaluate portfolio values. This experience gave him a unique knowledge of the National Commercial Real Estate market and the numerous valuation methods used for placing values on Commercial Properties. Pete has completed transactions all over Colorado in every major market including Denver, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, Colorado Springs, and Mountain regions. Pete currently represents Property Owners, Business Owners, Real Estate Funds/Syndications, and high net-worth private investors.
