As you may know, Our precious Boulder County Community, particularly Louisville and Superior, have been devastated by the Marshall Fire. Over 1,000 homes and structures have been lost and many more damaged. Now is the time to come together as a community. If you have the means, I’m asking that you consider donating to this https://gofund.me/bad8c925 put together by the Boulder Compass Agent Community. The goal is simple- to provide funds as quickly as possible to those that need it most. This donation effort will allow us to distribute funds directly to foundations or to specific people and families in need of immediate assistance with housing, supplies, or money. As the funds are distributed we will update everyone with how and where your funds are being used and whose lives you have impacted for the better. If you know anyone who needs assistance and could benefit from this fund, please fill out this form.

Wow! Sometimes I’m in complete shock as to what people do in our real estate market and how they represent our industry. There’s agents that go above and beyond and then some and then there’s those that make it easy for sellers to ask for a discount. I’m truly blown away that this is in our market right now!

It’s our favorite time of year!! Corn mazes, bouncy castles, petting zoos and our favorite of them all… picking the “perfect” pumpkin! Are you someone that picks pumpkins for decoration or to carve something spooky or spectacular? We do both at my house! Last year we picked a couple of white pumpkins, and I fell in love with them! Come see AHG at Chatfield Farms Pumpkin patch this afternoon! We’d love to see you!!!🍁🍂🎃
