Denver Metro Market Snapshot – February
The median home price is $575,000, which is down about 4% from last year.
Homes are taking around 37 days to sell, and inventory is still extremely tight at about 1 week of supply.
What this means:
🏡 Buyers:
Homes are sitting a little longer than they were the past few years, which can mean more room to negotiate.
🏠 Sellers:
Inventory is still very low, and buyer activity is strong with pending listings up 16% and new listings up 4%.
Bottom line: the market is still active, it just requires a little more strategy than it did during the frenzy.
