What's happening in the Denver Real Estate Market? Let's dive in.
In October, the Denver market is showing a mix of shifts that are worth paying attention to. We now have 4 months of inventory, which is up 30% year over year, so buyers are finally getting a little more breathing room.
Prices are still trending upward with the average sales price up 3% year over year. Homes are taking longer to sell with an average of 50 days on market, which is a 16% increase from last year. This is another sign that the market is starting to level out.
We did see a small drop in activity. New listings are down 3% year over year, and sold listings have dipped 1% year over year. Overall, this is what a more balanced market looks like. Buyers have more time, sellers are still getting strong prices, and the Denver market remains steady.
If you have been considering making a move, I would love to sit down with you and come up with a strategy that makes sense for you.
