I had a closing last week that ended up being a little extra special.
I helped my seller buy this home right before Covid. This year, he reached out to me to help him sell it. 🥰
He listened to my advice, made some repairs, had the carpet replaced, and my team and I cleaned and staged it. ⭐️
We went under contract in just 8 days!

And while all of that is special (it’s always a true honor when a former client comes back to work with me again), this one had a fun, extra special moment at the end. When I work with the seller, I don’t usually get to meet the buyers. This time, the buyer’s agent could not be at the final walk through and so I offered to be there since I needed to get my lockbox anyway. These buyers moved from out of state, and so the final walk through was the first time they had seen the home in person. They and their kids loved the home and were so excited. It was such a pleasure to get to see their excitement. ❤️
