What an epic day!

This morning we hosted our 2nd Annual PANCAKE-PALOOZA event in our neighborhood. A picture perfect day made even better by all the great people. 110+ neighbors, friends & clients came together for an amazing morning!

Thanks to our friends at Sunny Stacks Pancakes & Kitty Beanz Coffee for providing the deliciousness! Thanks to Little Monkey Bizness - Parker & Infunity Events for bringing the fun!

And a special shoutout to neighbor Ashley and the entire team at Rise Family for the ways you show up for the foster families and adoptive families in our community. We did our first neighborhood donation drive and the neighborhood showed up big time to support!

Filled with so much joy and gratitude and I’m so excited for what we’re building in our community. The best is yet to come!

One of my absolute favorite days of the year!

Our 4th Annual neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt was a total blast! About 85 kids came out to enjoy the morning festivities and the beautiful weather!

What a joy it is to help celebrate the kids in our community and make some memories together as neighbors and parents.

This little tradition we’ve built is turning into something pretty special!

Welcome Home Falcon Family!

What an amazing milestone for this incredible group of humans! They’ve spent over a decade in a house that felt a little cramped and too small for the family as they grew older and older, and they’ve been dreaming of a bigger home for YEARS.

Now was the right time for them to find the perfect home for them- something that can serve as a family hub for their grown children, a place everyone can return to as each young adult follows their paths, and for the FIRST TIME EVER, every family member has their own room and their own space to call their very own. What a beautiful home to write this next chapter of their family’s story.

We beat out 4 other offers, so when that moment came when everyone agreed to the offer, it was a joy to tell my clients theirs was the one that was chosen!

In multiple offer situations, I have a few creative strategies to get our offer to stand out, and I pride myself in working with the agent on the other side to find solutions that work for all!

This is what it’s all about!

Melissa & Rick lived in the neighborhood, and I had chatted with Rick a few times while spreading the word about upcoming events in the neighborhood- over the past couple years he shared with me his goal of “retiring some day” down in Arizona - a lifelong dream that they’ve found themselves inching closer to.

Fast forward to a few months ago- the time was right to make it all happen- they were looking for a realtor who would be honest with them, guide them through all the tough decisions, and truly “get them” and their personalities- and they noticed & appreciated all the effort I put into building community and bringing the neighbors together. After our first meeting we all felt like it was a natural fit!

The market has been shifting in Colorado, so we came up with our game plan and strategy that reflects the current market and where we’re headed. They were in a position to be flexible and patient and make sure that they were passing the house along to someone who will love it as much as they did for last decade.

It’s been a few weeks since they said farewell to Colorado and started their new chapter in Arizona- and I just got this message checking in. Moving your entire life across the country is a huge hassle, but this is what it’s all about- turning those lifelong dreams into a reality. And less than 3 months after our first meeting, they’re enjoying a drink in their new pool kicking off the next chapter of their life.

These neighborhood acquaintances have become like family, and I’m so excited to see what this chapter has in store for them.
