Originally from Colorado Springs, Nicole has been in Denver for the last 14 years and loves it. Nicole completed her undergrad and masters in accounting from DU, and worked in public accounting and recruiting before entering her career into real estate. After purchasing her first home, Nicole became interested in real estate and got her license shortly after. She worked alongside the same realtor
who helped her purchase her first home. During that time, Nicole built her business, developed successful systems, and learned to best serve clients. Seeking more collaboration and mentorship, Nicole made the jump to Guide Real Estate. Nicole believes there are endless benefits to home ownership and that real estate is one of the most valuable investments a person can make. The process of buying or selling a home can be an intimidating, stressful, and confusing one, and she loves being able to guide and empower her clients throughout their journey. Nicole prides herself in being transparent, genuine, and negotiating fiercely in her client's best interests. When she’s not working hard for her clients, Nicole can be found spending time with her boyfriend, Scott, and three dogs. They enjoy hiking, checking out new restaurants, attending concerts, and being around friends and family.
