In case you haven’t heard… interest rates have been coming back down and sellers are also STILL in positions to negotiate with home buyers now… Most clients have had sellers pay for temporary buy downs AND most (if not ALL) of closing costs!!

If you are looking to buy a home…THE TIME TO BUY A HOME IS NOW!!! This is the sweet spot… if you wait too long to wait for the rates to go down- more competition will be back in the mix thus sellers not needing to negotiate, paying over asking price, paying the full rate, and closing costs all yourself again.

REMINDER: the minimum down payment to purchase a home is from 0%-5% down for a primary residence purchase (depending on loan type you qualify for!- ASK ME!)

There are so many incredible moms out there and let me just tell you, I know how much your kids love you. You are the most important person to us.
