August was a busy month on and around Lake Norman. I’m thankful to each of my clients who trusted me with listing their homes or helping them with their purchase.

The month included a beautiful Lake Norman waterfront home on a point lot and a lovely ranch home in Bella Vista, both sold, along with two waterfront condos in Denver’s Hideaway community that went under contract — one in 7 days and the other in just 1 day.
