My 3rd AND 4th single-lady closings of the year 🏡✨

Two different women. Two different stories. Two different paths to homeownership.

But the common thread? Women out here making big moves, building something for themselves, and buying real estate on their own damn terms. 👏

And I seriously love getting to be part of it.

One of these ladies was willing to smile for the camera… the other said absolutely not 😂 so we compromised with a strategically placed closing card.

I’ve posted about this a couple times this year because every time it happens, it still feels worth celebrating. Homeownership can mean stability, independence, a fresh start, an investment in your future — or simply having a place that is YOURS.

And apparently 2026 is becoming the year of the single-lady homebuyer around here. 💁‍♀️🏡

So… where all my single ladies at?! Who’s next?

Every showing has a surprise. 😂

I’ve seen some weird, cool, questionable, outdated, and occasionally downright baffling design choices in homes over the years — oddly placed closets, ancient phones still hanging on the wall, interesting DIY projects… you name it.

But every once in a while, I find a little whimsy. 🌲😂

This happy tree guy was just hanging out in the yard, perfectly positioned to look back at you when you peek out the window. I kind of love him. 😂

One of my favorite parts of showing homes is discovering all the little things that make each property completely unique. You truly never know what you’re going to find!

🦃 Just another morning in Eastlake Village… 🤎

Spotted this mama turkey out exploring the neighborhood with her babies, and honestly, this is one of my favorite things about living here!

I love that Eastlake gives you that close-to-nature feel 🌿 while still being minutes from shopping, restaurants, everyday conveniences—and even the light rail. 🚆

It’s a good reminder that when you buy a home, you’re not just buying the house. You’re choosing the neighborhood, the surroundings, the convenience, the trails, the community…and apparently, your wildlife neighbors too. 😂🦃
