If you've been looking for a mid-century ranch on a quarter-acre lot that explodes with color, life, and fun, while still feeling incredibly cozy... this is the home.

Built in 1956 in Southmoor Park, this one has solid hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen, a fully finished basement, and a backyard setup that's genuinely hard to find at this size.

Here's what makes it stand out 👇

🛏️ 5 beds
🛁 3 baths
📐 3,113 sq ft
🪵 Solid hardwood floors throughout the main level
🍳 Gourmet kitchen with granite counters, pantry, and eat-in space
🛁 Primary suite with dual sinks, walk-in closet, and built-in vanity
🔥 Fireplace in the family room with French doors to the back deck
🏠 Fully finished basement with family room, guest suite, office, and oversized laundry
🚗 Oversized 2-car garage with built-in cabinetry and exterior access
🌿 Quarter-acre corner lot, fully fenced, raised garden beds, Trex-style patio with privacy screen

If you love real wood in a home and easy single level living and wouldn't mind a 3-car garage and being right next to one of the most famous walking trails in the city... this may be for you.

Built in 1997 on nearly a third of an acre, this one has the kind of flexible layout that works for a lot of different lifestyles. Two separate office spaces on the main level, five bedrooms across two floors, custom woodwork throughout, and a deck off the kitchen that makes outdoor living feel effortless.

Here's what makes it stand out 👇

🛏️ 5 beds
🛁 4 baths
📐 3,956 sq ft
🪵 Custom woodwork details across both levels, new interior paint and carpet throughout
🏠 Main level primary bedroom plus two additional bedrooms and two separate office spaces
🍳 Kitchen connecting directly to a newly built deck for seamless indoor-outdoor flow
🌿 Walkout basement to large backyard with room for whatever you want to do with it
🏠 Finished basement with 2 beds, full bath, and bonus room for media, rec, or workspace
🚗 Attached 3-car garage
🌳 Front patio plus elevated back deck, two distinct outdoor living areas
📦 Substantial utility room storage

The two dedicated office spaces on the main level is genuinely unusual for a ranch layout. Work from home for two people without giving up a single bedroom.

And no - it wasn't because of the mountains and nature.

While how accessible mountains and nature are to Denver made me fall in love with the city... its not 'the thing' that convinced me to move here.

What convinced me to move here was talking to people who lived here and asking them about how THEY liked living here.

I had already visited once on vacation and the nature alone kind of broke my brain. Mountains, rolling hills, greenery everywhere. Beautiful in a way I wasn't expecting and way more accessible than I assumed it would be.

But a vacation is a vacation. So I came back specifically to test Denver to see if it was worth uprooting my entire life for. I came back for a week to figure out if this was actually a place I could build a life.

I started asking people. Anyone I could have a real conversation with. Just one question: what do you actually think about living here?

I expected a mixed bag. That's not what I got.

Almost everyone I talked to was genuinely excited about Denver. Not in a way that felt rehearsed or politely positive. In a way that felt real. Like they had made a CHOICE to be here and were happy about it.

I love(d) LA. I really did. But there's an energy in LA where complaining about the city is practically a personality trait. Who has it the worst. Who's the most over it. I had gotten so used to that that I didn't even notice it anymore until I was somewhere that felt completely different.

Denver just felt like a city where people actually wanted to be. You could feel it when you were out in the parks, at events, just walking around talking to people.

For me - that was when I knew I had to move here. The nature is absolutely incredible and I love it. But what won me over was how happy people seemed here and that they are here because they want to be.

For me? One of the best decisions I've ever made and now I get to help people make the move here as well which is quite the cool full circle little thing!

This one is interesting. A fully remodeled MCM main home plus an 800 sq ft ADU with its own 2 beds, full kitchen, and bathroom on the same lot. Rent it out, use it as a home office setup, house family, use it for guests... the options are genuinely wide open and that flexibility is rare to find.

Here's what makes it stand out 👇

🛏️ 4 beds total across both units
🛁 3 baths total
📐 1,035 sq ft main home plus 800 sq ft ADU
🪟 Clean MCM architectural lines with walls of windows flooding both units with natural light
🛁 Primary suite in the main home with private ensuite bath
🏠 ADU with 2 beds, 1 bath, and a full kitchen, completely self-contained
🚗 Detached 1-car garage with its own mid-century modern aesthetic, which is a cool detail that most properties don't carry all the way through to the outbuildings
🌿 6,000 sq ft lot, no HOA

The ADU is already done and ready to use from day one however you want to use it. That kind of built-in flexibility on a single-family lot in Denver is genuinely hard to find.

📍 About the neighborhood: Harvey Park, Denver
